Chelsea are ready to offer Romelu Lukaku a bigger pay packet than Diego Costa in their bid to re-sign the Everton striker, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Costa has claimed he is no longer wanted by Antonio Conte and the Chelsea boss has lined up Lukaku as his replacement.
