In what seems to be an attempt at showing that people of different faiths can cooperate and dwell together in unity, a twitter user has said that a church in her locality had allowed Muslims to use the church building for quranic classes, and that the use lasted over a year.
The mosque had suffered a fire outbreak, she tweeted.
The woman, whose twitter handle is @minashoots, describes herself as London resident, photographer and filmmaker.
See her tweet:
"When our masjid was burnt down, the church up the road let us use their hall every evening for Quran classes for a whole year and a bit."
Another Muslim man with twitter handle, @OFFICIALiArefin, responded to the tweet by narrating a similar experience, saying that members of his mosque were also allowed to use a nearby church when their mosque was shut down.
The man, who appears to work with Human Appeal, described the experience as “actually beautiful.”
"My local mosque has been closed down so my local church gave us their Church community hall in order to pray Taraweeh, actually beautiful"
Yet another twitter user said the same thing about her community:

My local mosque has been closed down so my local church gave us their Church community hall in order to pray Taraweeh, actually beautiful
@Sumaiyaaa_m
@OFFICIALiArefin @wardaox Our local church did the same when our mosque went on fire. For a month they let us do our day time prayers and a college for taraweeh
Many respondents to the tweets lauded the Christians’ generosity, while other twitterers wondered if the story could happen the other way round.
